Intusoft's
ICAP/4 product family provides unique capability for RF analog and mixed-signal
design simulation. Special simulation enhancements to ICAP/4's IsSpice4
simulation kernel enable RF analysis for frequencies around 200 megahertz
and higher. A dedicated RF component library furnishes 600 extra parts within
the simulation library. Other features include Smith charts, 2-port analysis,
pole-zero analysis, free custom modeling service, model building tools and
a gamut of verification analyses such as Monte Carlo, worst case and extreme
value. Also provided is an incredibly easy to use IBIS to SPICE model converter
up through IBIS version 3.2.
Basic ICAP/4 RF Design Solution The ICAP/4Rx RF Deluxe
is a complete RF design-simulation solution that furnishes design entry,
analog & mixed-signal simulation, debugging tools, 15,600+ simulation
part models, 2-port analysis, pole-zero analysis, modeling tool, waveform
viewing and 125 waveform processing functions including Smith charts.
This solution is targeted for RF electronic designs not requiring advanced
verification. Operating point information can be viewed directly on the
schematic and new models can be imported and attached to a graphic shape
for simulation. More Advanced ICAP/4 RF Design Solution ICAP/4Windows RF Deluxe adds in all design verification analyses, such as Monte Carlo, worst case, extreme value and root-summed squares parametric variation on RF designs. It also includes AC/DC & transient sensitivity analysis, noise and distortion analyses, plus interactive parametric variation and nested component sweeping. A full set of electrical measurements can be specified across the design, which is numerically charted after simulation, including pass/fail histogram and component stress alarms. The package furnishes 21,800+ simulation models and a library management tool. |
